I have a spare Batteries America PB-42L - 7.4volt 2000 mAh Li-ION battery.
Once I've fully charged it, for how long will it hold that charge left
outside of the charger?

Richard,
I'd think for months and months. Perhaps you
could go for a three month period and then try
the pack - I bet it will be still fully charged.

Li-Ion batteries hold their charge for a long time. Ni-MH batteries on
the other hand have a high self discharge and will be funtionayly dead
in not much over a month.
